A passionate aviator and visionary entrepreneur, Phil Oldridge is a founding partner of Kingdom Heir, an aircraft brokerage firm that exemplifies excellence in the aviation industry. With a wealth of experience in both business and aviation, Phil has played a pivotal role in shaping Kingdom Heir into a leading force in aircraft brokerage.

In addition to his work at Kingdom Heir, Phil serves as the CEO and board chair of Envirotech Vehicles (EVTV), a trailblazer in the transportation sector, specializing in the manufacturing of all-electric, zero-emission vehicles. His strategic investments in the global aviation industry reflect his commitment to sustainable growth and innovation.

Phil earned his Master of Business Administration from Richmond, The American International University in London, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. His educational background, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a thought leader in both aviation and sustainable transportation.

Phil’s passion for business will never outweigh his love for his wife and children.  He enjoys relaxing at his Tuscan winery or his home in California with his family.

Phil and Jason have harnessed their extensive aviation industry expertise to launch Kingdom Heir.  This dynamic venture based in the U.S., serves clients both domestically and globally.  This duo is transforming the transportation landscape in Puerto Rico. Their ambitious plans include the acquisition of a fixed-base operator (FBO) and a bid to develop the island’s first space station.

Jason Maddox stands out as a visionary leader across multiple business sectors, serving as the CEO of Maddox Defense, a prominent government contracting firm. A lifelong ocean explorer and passionate conservationist, he founded The Sand and Sea Foundation, dedicated to protecting marine ecosystems and promoting beach clean-up initiatives.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Jason was part of the 2005 Titanic Exploration with The Explorers Club and contributed to the History Channel documentary Titanic: Missing Pieces. When he’s not making waves in business or conservation, you can find Jason enjoying snow skiing and water sports with his family.
